JotNot’s in-app help system

The easiest and fastest method is to use the extensive in-app help.  The help can be accessed in two places by tapping the  button:

The best way to send us a support email is through JotNot’s in-app support button shown below.  It automatically generates a support email with much of the information that we need to help you solve the problem.

Please email us at support@jotnot.com if you have any questions, comments, or other feedback.  We love getting feedback from you and we will respond within 24 hours.  Please include the following information in your email to speed up your support request:

  • The kind of iPhone you have
  • The version of JotNot listed under settings
  • A screenshot of the error if possible (press the power and home buttons together to take a screenshot)
